We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and its implementing ordinance. This policy explains what data is collected when you visit our website and how we handle it.
When you book a table through our website, we collect the following information: name, email address, phone number, number of guests, date, time, and any special requests. We use this data solely to process your reservation and to contact you if needed.
The form is processed via Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA) and forwarded to our email address. This means your data is transferred to a provider in the United States. Formspree is contractually bound to appropriate data protection measures; further information is available in Formspree's privacy policy.
Our website loads certain technical components (fonts, icons, layout and functionality libraries) from external providers. As a technical consequence, your IP address is transmitted to these providers:
These providers may keep their own server logs (e.g. IP address, time of access) under their own responsibility. We do not analyse this data ourselves.
Our website includes the Google tag (gtag.js) on every page to measure the effectiveness of our Google Ads campaigns (conversion tracking). We keep reservation requests only as long as needed to process them and handle any follow-up questions, typically no longer than a few months after the reserved date.
